HARIDRA is one of the best manufacturing unit in the block printing where we develop the design in blocks, dye all kind of fabrics, printing on all fabrics, garment stitching, packaging and shipping of product. First our designers make designs in computer and fill with water colors. After the confirmation we drawn on a butter paper which help to make underlines on wood block. The our block maker carved the block by hand and its takes 7-10 days to develop a design. Our Block maker are so talented and full of skills they also ensure for the design that they are curving carefully. In Haridra we develop approx 300 designs every year. We understand the work and value of traditional textiles.
In HARIDRA we use many kind of printing methods like Pigment, Rapid, Indigo, Bagru Print. The Each Process of printing is different and unique. The process of printing show the Quality of printing.
Pigment Colors are very easy to print. They need to be mixed a synthetic binder before printing and after we fill the pigment dyes in a wooden basket and use wood block to print on fabrics. Rapid Process is little different and unique. In rapid sole we heated fabric in a chamber to make the print color fast to washing, rubbing and sunlight. Indigo Dye made by vegetables that's why we can not get the print color while printing. We got the actual color after dye the fabric in sunlight.
We have another team and we call it by stitching team. Our team work on after printing of fabric. Our master ji cut the fabric according to garment or dress measurement and our team member stitch by machines. In the textile arts, a stitch is a single turn or loop of thread, or yarn. Stitches are the fundamental elements of sewing, knitting, embroidery, crochet, and needle lace-making, whether by hand or machine.
